Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive to join our team in Worli. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in business development, excellent communication skills in English, and proficiency with Salesforce and LinkedIn for client and lead management. Experience in the travel industry is an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Management:
- Identify and generate leads using LinkedIn and other platforms.
- Manage and update the lead pipeline in Salesforce.
Client Acquisition:
- Build and maintain relationships with potential clients.
- Present and pitch the company’s services to secure new business.
Business Strategy & Development:
- Develop strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Stay updated with market trends to identify business opportunities.
Networking & Collaboration:
- Engage with industry professionals and attend networking events when required.
- Collaborate with the internal team to tailor services to client needs.
Reporting:
- Prepare and present weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of sales strategies.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Experience: 1-3 years in business development; experience in the travel industry is a plus.
- Skills:
- Proficient in Salesforce and LinkedIn for lead management and outreach.
- Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to close deals.
- Analytical mindset to identify and act on business opportunities.
Work Conditions:
- Work Location: Worli, Mumbai (In-office role).
- Work Hours: Full-time, 6 days a week.
